Summer Refresh: Teeny Videos and Poem Like a Splash of Water
Two teeny videos from Ellen Silverman, and a teeny Li Po poem, for those in need of refreshment, a shift of view or just plain RELIEF from whatever is going on.
Gently I stir a white feather fan, With open shirt sitting in a green wood. I take off my cap and hang it on a jutting stone; A wind from the pine-trees trickles on my bare head.
—Li Po (8th century)

hmm,..
when i read ‘teeny’,
i interpreted ‘teen-ager’.
Not wanting to feel ‘old’,
i watch resentfully…..
My mistake!
“..the wind tickling my bare head,.”,
did make me think of my bald spots,
however…… ?
gallagher
p.s.: Older, but no wiser.
Hmmm. Is it better to be “teeny” than a “teenager”?
Existential question…
