Who handles Improvised Life donations?
Donations are securely handled by Donorbox, a U.S. based fundraising software company.
What happens after I donate for the first time?
You will receive a confirmation email from Sally with details of your donation.
You will also receive an email from Donorbox with the subject line Set up Your Account to Manage Recurring Donations for Improvised Life. (Be sure to look in your Inbox and in Spam.) Click the link in the email to set up your password for your account.
How do I login to my Donor Account?
You can login to your account at Donorbox’s login page.
How to I manage my Donor Account?
Donorbox has extensive documentation on all aspects of managing your account, from changing your recurring donation to canceling to updating credit card details, etc. Click here to view it, or any of these links:
>>Please note that, unfortunately, PayPal does not allow Donorbox to make edits for recurring donations. You will need to log in to your PayPal account directly and make your changes there.
How do I edit my recurring donation made via PayPal?
PayPal only allows you to cancel your recurring donation, not change the amount. To change the amount, you will need to cancel your donation and create a new one at Improvised Life.
1. Login to your PayPal account.
2. Under Recent Activity, find your donation called “‘improvised life’ automatic payment”. Click on it to see payment details.
3. Click on “Manage ‘improvised life’ payments
4.Click “Cancel”. This will cancel automatic payments to Improvised Life.
5. Once you cancel, you’ll have to set up automatic payments again to pay with PayPal.
